Digital delivery
iamduo provides software services and generation-minute allowances, not physical goods. After payment is received and verified, the purchased entitlement is added to the appropriate account. Successfully completed videos are saved as MP4 files for playback and download. Ordering is not currently available on this public website.
Failed generation
Failed generation does not use generation minutes; reserved allowance is released. Recovering a task or saving the same output again does not charge the same completed output twice.
Duplicate charges and undelivered orders
If the same order is charged more than once, or payment has not resulted in the corresponding entitlement or delivery, provide the order number, payment date and issue description. We verify the records and resolve duplicate payments or unfulfilled orders, including a refund where applicable.
Other refund requests
Other requests are reviewed manually against the order, delivery, usage and circumstances. We do not promise an automatic refund before verification or a blanket seven-day refund guarantee.
Cancellation and settlement
Stopping future automatic renewals and refunding an existing payment are separate actions. Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
