Service and operator
iamduo is operated by 1-100 AI, Inc. and provides AI talking-avatar video software. This website presents the product and pricing. Product access and order terms depend on what is made available and confirmed by you.
Materials and permission
Only upload photos, voices, videos and scripts you are entitled to use, with the necessary permissions. Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud or unlawful or infringing content.
Generation and delivery
Review AI output before use. Script length, models, source quality and queue conditions affect quality and timing; no fixed turnaround time is guaranteed. Completed MP4 files are saved to your account for download. Failed generation does not use minutes. See the refund and delivery policy for delivery issues.
Plans and payment
Plans are measured in video-generation minutes. Prices, currency, billing periods, taxes and any renewal terms are displayed and confirmed at checkout. Alipay prepaid purchases do not renew automatically. Where recurring payment is offered, cancellation of future renewals and a refund of past charges are separate actions. This public website is not yet accepting payments.
Publishing and responsibility
Review accuracy, likeness and voice permissions, advertising requirements and destination-platform rules before publishing. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice. The software does not guarantee sales, views or leads.
