How long does generation take?
Generation runs as a background task. Time depends on the script length, template and queue. Finished videos are delivered to your account for playback and download. These short examples are not a promise of a fixed turnaround time.
How are minutes counted?
Your allowance is used for the actual video content duration after successful generation and saving. The free end card is not counted. Failed generation does not use minutes.
Can I publish to social media?
Download the MP4 and upload it to your chosen platform. Account connections and automatic publishing will become available platform by platform; they are not promised as live features today.
How do refunds work?
Duplicate charges and undelivered orders are handled after verification. Other refund requests are reviewed manually against the order and usage records. See our refund and delivery policy.
