Scope
This policy covers the iamduo website and application, including registration, sign-in, uploaded photos and voices, scripts, works and related services. Online payments are not yet open.
Information we process
When you browse, hosting and network services process operational data such as IP addresses, request paths, device and browser information. Theme preferences may be stored locally in your browser. If you email us, we receive your address and the content you send.
Product-experience data
If you have access to the creation application, we process account details, uploaded photos and voices, scripts, works, orders and usage records to provide authentication, generation, storage, downloads, billing and support. Works are private by default and do not automatically become public examples without separate authorization.
Service providers
We use hosting, email, payment, AI and compute providers for the relevant services. Necessary information is processed by these providers for those purposes and may be processed across borders; we do not claim all processing takes place in your country. When online purchases become available, payment-card details are handled by the payment provider.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept for service delivery, dispute handling, security and necessary records. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of public-display permission. We will verify identity and explain the applicable scope. Pending orders, disputes or required records may limit deletion.
Tracking and changes
Necessary cookies maintain sign-in sessions. Language, theme and temporary editing preferences may be stored locally. We record access, security and feature-usage information needed to operate the service and do not use advertising trackers. The revision date appears on this page.
